Reimbursements and cancellations policies
In order to confirm a reservation our company requires a prepay of the 50% of the total value of the trip, the other 50% is pay in our offices once our clients are ready to begin the trip.
The initial payment is required in order to ensure our clients the proper development of the trip and to assume all the anticipated costs that are necessary for the realization of the expedition.
Our cancellation policy are based on the previous backgrounds and it have been done as flexible as possible.
Reimbursements:
Every cancellation of a trip must be written notice to us to the emails specified in our web site.
If a cancellation is made with more of 30 days before the beginning of the trip there will be no cancellation fee.
Cancellation notice (written) received between 30 – 0 days prior to trip departure results in a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip cost.
In the event that you should decide to cancel once the trip has begun, for your own personal reasons, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the trip cost.
IN case of strong wind, or any other weather condition or event beyond our control, that represents a risk to the safety of our passengers, the guide might decide to modify the initial itinerary of the trip, waiting for better conditions, taking a different route or even asking for an evacuation in a different embarkation, in this case we will not make a refund.
TUTRAVESIA does not take responsibility for delays caused for bad weather conditions, natural disasters , sickness or any other
contingency beyond our control , any cost incurred by travelers while waiting out a delay are the responsibility of the travelers.
In case that the weather conditions do not allow us to start the trip we will wait for better conditions.
Upon making your initial deposit, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
