In Patagonia climatic conditions constantly change. If the wind is strong enough to threaten our safety we might need to cancel or change the excursion itinerary. If it´s not possible to re-arrange your course we offer a full refund. This is explained fully in our Therms & Conditions section.

We are located in Puerto Natales and  our excursions are in Torres del Paine and Bernardo O´higgins National Parks. For more information about the parks, you can visit the Conaf page.

You can check our “get to Natales” section where explain in detail how to get to Puerto Natales by plane, car or boat.
